Ingenico, through its subsidiary easycash Loyalty Solutions, has unveiled a new customer loyalty mobile application for a German sporting goods retailer, Sportpoint, by combining mobile and smart card for the next generation loyalty programme.

Combined with the existing go4sport customer card, the new mobile application will offer a comprehensive multi-channel loyalty programme for all the German company’s stores with the go4sport app available in the iTunes store.

With this mobile app, Sportpoint’s customers will be benefited from a range of functions, driving more loyalty for their consumer, whether they use Go4sport or the mobile application. Also included are collecting bonus points, receiving tailor-made digital coupons and rebates or viewing the latest news and campaigns on their mobile devices.

Additionally, Sportpoint’s customers will be able to view their bonus in real time and spend through their card prepaid function.

Based on their personal preferences, customers will also be provided with option to receive individual digital coupons which can be combined with their bonus points for additional savings.
