Digital River, a US-based e-commerce outsourcing company, has rolled out its Digital River SMB Payments solution for UK merchants.
The company said that the solution offers small and medium enterprises, commerce providers, systems integrators and developers turn-key access to credit card processing capabilities for Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards in Euros and Pound Sterling.

The SMB solution already supports more than 17,000 merchants and partners in Canada.
According to Digital River, the SMB solution will offer several benefits for companies in the UK to quickly set up and start processing online payments through an automated application process, access expert support staff; and leverage payments tools.
Digital River World Payments senior vice president and general manager, Souheil Badran, said: "Our SMB Payments solution can be plugged into user’s commerce platform to increase speed to market and revenue while reducing the risks and complexities associated with processing payments on a global basis."
Most recently, Digital River SMB Payments solution has been integrated with a commerce platform of Volusion, an e-commerce provider for small and medium enterprises.
