China Jo-Jo Drugstores, a China-based pharmaceutical and health care products retail and wholesale distributor, has signed a service agreement with Alipay to launch an online payment service for its customers.
The agreement will allow Chinese consumers to make e-payment for China Jo-Jo’s products, in both retail and online pharmacies using the popular third-party online payment solution Alipay and Alipay Wallet via smart phones.

China Jo-Jo will benefit from Alipay Service Window features, which will allow pushing notifications for deals and sales promotions, app download and customer service.
China Jo-Jo chairman and CEO Lei Liu said: "Our cooperation with Alipay gives us a great opportunity to get access to Alipay’s 300 million registered users who, like most Chinese consumers, are seeking more convenient pharmacy shopping experiences."
