ReadSoft and OB10 partner to accelerate e-invoicing

Document process automation software provider ReadSoft has partnered e-invoicing network OB10 to accelerate the migration to truly paperless e-invoicing.Under the partnership, both parties have developed an end-to-end business process solution that claims to integrate seamlessly with SAP, Oracle and other financial and ERP systems using the ReadSoft Cockpit suite as a universal invoice hub – which will control all invoice processing irrespective of document format.

Clear2Pay acquires Lexcel Solutions

Payment technology provider Clear2Pay has acquired US-based payment test applications company Lexcel Solutions to expand its global footprint and strengthen its portfolio of payment testing solutions. Lexcel Solutions provides payment testing software and services to third-party payment transaction processors, debit and credit networks, financial institutions, retailers, ATMPOS manufacturers and government organisations.

US’ Regions Bank teams up with Western Union

US’ Regions Bank has partnered Western Union to offer global money transfer and expedited bill pay services across 1,700 of its locations in the US.Under the agreement, Regions Bank accountholders and walk-in consumers will have the ability to send and receive domestic or international money transfers and make same-day payments to members of Western Unions Biller network.

MasterCard moves into the e-billing arena

MasterCard will look to encourage the payment of utility bills through its POS network, enable and promote the use of bill pay by credit or debit card via the internet and link e-billing to e-invoicing.

French mortgage bank chooses new payment solution

French mortgage bank Credit Foncier de France (CFF) has selected Logica All Payments Solution (LAPS) to attain SEPA reachability and receive long-term scalability for its evolving payments needs. The first and second phases of CFFs SEPA implementation are already underway, enabling incoming SEPA Direct Debits (SDDs) delivery for the bank. SEPA Credit Transfers (SCT) for Compagnie de Financement Foncier, a CFF subsidiary, is also being automated.

UBI Banca makes SEPA move

Luxembourgs UBI Banca International has made the all-important leap in adopting global transaction banking solutions provider Fundtechs SEPA payments processing system.The bank has chosen to implement Fundtechs PAYplus FTS for SEPA and SWIFT payments in Luxembourg and Germany. There are plans to expand the solution further in the future.
