Just as we were looking at the business potential of co-branded cards, Barclaycard and Walmart’s UK-subsidiary Asda have confirmed there is a case for co-branding with the launch of a corporate trade card. The Asda Trade Card links SMEs to a single account and offers up for 56 days of interest free credit, Barclaycards full online account management systems to track spending in real-time and gives access to VAT reporting for certain merchants.
