In a statement, Mesh said stablecoin transfers are “final” and irreversible once processed. Sending funds to an incorrect address or selecting the wrong network can result in permanent loss of earnings, with no mechanism for recovery.

Mesh enables this verification across “more than 300 wallets and exchanges”, according to the statement. Once ownership is confirmed, Deel sends funds directly to the verified wallet, removing manual address entry from the payment process.

Deel’s platform is used by more than 40,000 companies worldwide.

Mesh co-founder and CEO Bam Azizi said: “Payroll is one of the largest payment flows in the world, but every payout in it is personal: someone’s rent, someone’s groceries. When that moves onchain, verification isn’t a feature, it’s the foundation. We’re proud to provide it for Deel and the workers it pays.”

Deel’s head of crypto, Thierry Edde, said: “Stablecoin payouts are the future of global payroll – faster and built for borderless work. But they only scale if we get the security right. Mesh removes the friction and the risk in a single flow. That’s how we unlock stablecoin payments at scale.”

Founded in 2020, Mesh operates a crypto payments network connecting exchanges, wallets, and financial services platforms to facilitate digital asset payments and conversions.

The Deel partnership follows a series of recent moves by Mesh.

The company launched the Mesh Alliance Program (MAP), a neutral interoperability initiative for enterprise payments, and introduced Mesh Wallet, which supports stablecoin transactions for AI agents.

Mesh has also joined Paxos’ Global Dollar Network (GDN) and entered separate partnerships with AMINA Bank and Rain.
