Embedded payments provider VoPay has expanded its payment orchestration platform to include fund transfers to PayPal and Venmo accounts.
The integration enables businesses across North America to send payments directly to these digital wallets.
It is accessible through VoPay’s API-first approach, which simplifies the payment process by consolidating various payment methods into a single interface, the company explained.
With the addition of PayPal and Venmo to their platform, VoPay aims to assist businesses in reaching a wider customer base.
Businesses can now set up payout methods for both PayPal and Venmo.
The PayPal Payouts service, available in Canada and the US, allows users to transfer funds from a VoPay account to a PayPal account using various recipient identifiers.

The feature ensures transfer of funds and is accessible through VoPay’s online portal along with the API, which also offers reporting and reconciliation capabilities.
VoPay CEO Hamed Arbabi said: “At VoPay, we’re laser-focused on giving businesses access to every major financial rail and wallet through one embedded platform.
“Our collaboration with PayPal unlocks real-time PayPal and Venmo access for our clients, enabling them to expand choice, optimise operations, and deliver modern, inclusive customer experiences.”
In April, VoPay launched its cross-border payments-as-a-service solution, which supports a wide range of transaction types and disbursement methods in over 140 countries.
The solution is designed to facilitate international financial transactions for software platforms and financial institutions without the need for their own cross-border payment systems.
