Mission Valley Bank has joined forces with PayForward to launch a prepaid Visa card for the bank’s clients in the Santa Clarita Valley, California.

The new offering will rebate users up to 15% cash back at over 100 participating merchants in the Santa Clarita Valley.
Cardholders can also opt to spend their cash instantly, as well as transfer it to friends, a charitable cause, a personal savings or a bank account.
In addition, cardholders can also designate local charities to secure rebate benefits.
