Kenyan lender Victoria Commercial Bank (VCB) has partnered with MasterCard to launch the MasterCard World Rewards Credit card that will offer the bank’s cosmopolitan customers various exclusive benefits both in Kenya and worldwide.
The new offering allows cardholders to gain access to exclusive offers on flights, accommodation, car hire, dining, retail, sports as well as entertainment through the Priceless Cities and Priceless Africa programmes of MasterCard.
Cardholders can also secure loyalty points on their card spend that can be redeemed for flights at various airlines across the globe, car rentals and hotel stays at over 160,000 hotels worldwide.
In addition, cardholders can make bill payment and do online shopping at several local and international stores.
MasterCard vice president, business development, East Africa, Anthony Karingi said: "MasterCard payment cards are accepted at millions of merchants in more than 210 countries, which means that both leisure and business travellers can access their funds almost anywhere.
