Everlink Payment Services has joined forces with League Data to offer its Central Card Issuance (CCI) solution to all credit unions based in Atlantic.
League Data is an organisation comprising a total of 47 Atlantic credit unions.

The CCI solution has been designed to help financial institutions produce contactless EMV chip-enabled debit cards from a secure central facility in a cost-effective way.
In addition, it also provides distribution options that help the cards to be sent directly to the member/customer or to the branch.
Everlink President and CEO Mark Ripplinger said: "The move to contactless EMV Chip debit cards is vital in order for League Data and the Atlantic credit unions to be prepared for the upcoming release and subsequent adoption of Mobile Payments in Canada in the upcoming year."
