Customer experience automation (CXA) platform ActiveCampaign has expanded its payment functionality by integrating with payment processors Stripe and PayPal.

These direct integrations complement the platform’s existing app ecosystem of more than 300 apps and integrations.

These integrations make payment processing more powerful and personalised for customers in the e-commerce, retail, and technology space, noted the firm.

ActiveCampaign customers can now use real-time payment events without manual processes or coding to create personalised communications across all channels.

They can automate post-payment alerts for successful and failed transactions while placing an order.

This usually requires manual processes and coding with webhooks and API keys, which is offered by other firms.
