American payments gateway Braintree has expanded its international footprint by announcing the launch of its operations in New Zealand.
The move comes less than two months after the company announced its APAC expansion into Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
In New Zealand, Braintree will provide gateway services and merchant support to businesses.
In addition, the payments company will also offer easy access to features like the ability to accept relevant payment methods, frictionless buying, recurring billing, fraud tools and more with just one integration.
Additionally, Braintree has rolled out a pilot program for New Zealand-based merchants.
The company said that merchants can accept credit/debit cards and PayPal online and on mobile devices via the Braintree v.zero SDK once approved.
