Middle East Payment Services (MEPS), under its partnership agreement with Jordan Commercial Bank (JCB), has extended its ATM driving and management service to JCB.
The extended service will allow MEPS that manages 60 JCB ATMs across Jordan and Palestine to also handle JCB’s MasterCard debit card transactions.
In addition to monitoring and managing the mentioned ATMs via a remote operations center powered by a network server called ‘Switch’, the payment services provider will also provide human resources required to follow-up on the operations on behalf of JCB.
MEPS CEO Khaled Zakaria said: "One of the key benefits of our ATM management and monitoring solutions is the option of remote operation, thus enabling us to effectively serve multiple banks worldwide."
"By providing JCB with an advanced data transmission network and the skilled manpower to follow-up on operations, we are able to enhance the bank’s performance and cost effectiveness."
MEPS offers remote ATM management and monitoring solutions, as well as credit card management services to banks across Jordan, Iraq and Palestine.
