The Santander-owned platform uses Getnet Single Entry Point (SEP) to connect merchants to multiple markets and help them access local payment methods.
These include Bizum in Spain and MB WAY in Portugal, where Getnet is a direct member.
According to the company, the launch will make it “simpler for merchants” to expand in Europe.
The offering extends Getnet’s reach beyond its existing operations in Latin America, Spain and Portugal, it added.
Alongside payment acceptance, the company said merchants, platforms and payment service providers can use the infrastructure to collect funds, reconcile balances, convert currencies and make payouts.
The service initially supports 20 currencies and payouts to 140 countries
Getnet Europe CEO Rubén Justel said: “This expansion marks a new chapter for Getnet in Europe. Our goal is simple: help companies grow internationally while improving payment performance.”
Getnet said it is working with payment service providers, technology companies and software providers on a partner ecosystem. It is also investing in instant payments, account-to-account payments and AI-powered commerce.

Getnet reported processing more than €238bn across 10.5 billion transactions in 2025.
Getnet CEO Juan Franco said: “The future of commerce is increasingly connected, intelligent and international. Europe plays a key role in connecting businesses across regions, including Latin America, North America and Asia.
