The capital raising will make the transaction the “largest IPO in Philippine history”, the company said in a statement.

The institutional bookbuilding process closed oversubscribed by multiple times following “strong participation from major global and domestic institutional investors”, it added.

Mynt chief finance officer Evelyn Ng said: “The depth and quality of demand we have seen through this process reflects investor confidence in Mynt’s growth story. We have sought to maintain meaningful access for Filipino investors as we transition to a public company.

“We believe the final price and allocation provide a strong foundation for Mynt’s next chapter and for creating long-term value for all our shareholders, while continuing to advance our mission of Finance for All.”

The retail offering and trading participant period is scheduled to run from 6 October 2026 to 12 October 2026, subject to the issuance of a Permit to Sell by the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Mynt shares are scheduled to list on the PSE Main Board on 20 October 2026 under the ticker symbol “GCASH.” The transaction timetable remains subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals from both the SEC and the PSE.
