Experience unmatched clarity with a single platform that combines unique data, AI, and human expertise.
Both businesses have worked for decades on integrating data across payment channels, customer systems and financial platforms.
With the acquisition completed, the combined organisation will provide a single platform linking digital engagement and payment processing.
The integrated set-up is intended to help organisations cut down on the number of vendors they manage, simplify internal processes and create a more consistent experience across customer touchpoints.
The combined offering is aimed at healthcare providers, municipalities, utilities and other service organisations facing pressure to improve customer experience, reduce costs, expand self-service and modernise communications.
The transaction broadens DivDat’s role for organisations seeking to update customer communications, transactions, engagement and payment access across both digital and in-person channels.
Priorities for the merged business include supporting digital adoption, widening access to payment options, linking customer-facing channels with back-office systems, and expanding the wider solutions portfolio.
The business will operate under the name DivDat powered by Meridian.
DivDat president and CEO Jason Bierkle said: “This acquisition represents an exciting new chapter for the markets we serve, our employees, and our company.
“Together, we are creating a stronger product offering, deeper expertise, and a broader vision for helping organisations improve customer experiences, reduce costs, streamline operations, and simplify reconciliation.”
