Alipay has launched a full-stack AI payment solution for partners across sectors, including AI companies and retailers.
The China-based firm introduced two services — AI Wallet and Token Pay — which it said are intended to support payments in the agentic economy.

In a statement, Alipay said the launch extends its “next-generation AI payment infrastructure”, following the rollout of Alipay AI Pay for consumers and an AI payment processing product aimed at businesses and developers.
Alipay AI Pay enables users to make payments via AI agents using voice commands. Alipay said that in February 2026 the product exceeded 100 million users, and has processed 300 million transactions to date.
Meanwhile, its AI payment processing product supports pay-per-use monetisation for businesses through integration.
The newly launched AI Wallet extends this system by providing users with “greater visibility and control” over payments initiated by AI agents.
The feature is available by searching “AI Wallet” in the Alipay App. Alipay said the tool lets users manage agent tasks before and during checkout, and review and analyse spending after payment.
Alipay also said it launched China’s first Agentic Commerce Trust Protocol with partners, which it described as a “common language” for collaboration between AI and service platforms. The company added that it has introduced an intelligent security system for AI payments to provide “foundational safeguards” for agent-driven transactions.
The company’s Token Pay is positioned as a payments offering for AI model companies. Alipay said it provides a “one-stop, full-suite solution” covering global subscription payments, token top-ups within AI agents and related transaction needs.
Ant Group CEO Cyril Han said: “While the essence of commerce remains unchanged in the age of AI, the emergence of AI agents is reshaping everything. Drawing on 22 years of technological expertise and commercial know-how, Alipay is building a new generation of AI payment services to accelerate the growth of the agentic commerce ecosystem.”
At the Alipay AI Payment Ecosystem Conference, AI model companies MiniMax and Stepfun announced collaborations with Alipay. They will use Alipay’s full-stack AI payment solution for token top-ups, membership subscriptions and marketing campaigns.
